Eight companies are raising money through mainboard IPOs on BSE and NSE between 13 and 23 October 2026. Six have closed for bidding; Jio Platforms and Paras Healthcare open on 21 October. Together the eight issues add up to about ₹41,950 crore, counting Jio at the top of its price band.
Jio is larger than the other seven combined
IPO issue size, ₹ crore (Jio at the upper price band)
Jio dwarfs the rest
Jio Platforms is offering 27 crore shares at ₹1,065-1,119 each, which would raise ₹30,213 crore at the top of the band. That is more than twice the other seven issues combined. Investors can bid for a minimum of 12 shares, about ₹13,428 at the upper band. Listing is tentatively set for 28 October.
How the closed issues fared
Demand varied widely. Tonbo Imaging India was subscribed 135.9 times and HD Fire Protect 131.7 times, with qualified institutional buyers bidding for 293.56 and 256.65 times the shares reserved for them. Bonfiglioli Transmissions was subscribed 46.06 times and Sahajanand Medical Technologies 14.2 times. Fusion CX was subscribed 4.45 times and Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses 3.06 times. Zetwerk's retail portion was subscribed 0.73 times, meaning individual investors bid for fewer shares than were set aside for them.
HD Fire Protect is due to list on 21 October and Fusion CX on 22 October. Zetwerk, Bonfiglioli Transmissions, Tonbo Imaging India and Sahajanand are expected to list on 23 October, three working days after bidding closed under SEBI's T+3 timetable. Listing dates are confirmed when the exchanges announce them.
Subscription figures are NSE's final consolidated figures for bids on NSE and BSE, published at 7 pm on each issue's last day. Live figures for every issue are on the IPO tracker.
